Hello Again

Hello Again
It's been awhile since I've been here.

In the past year I completed my first year of college and started my 4 year trek into debt. :( I am hoping it won't be as bad as I fear if I am able to work lots of hours with my 2 jobs (I'm thankful I have 2 let alone 1 right now).

Wow, first year of college. Now I feel old. I just hit 32 and my wife and I are expecting our second child. Good luck with everything. Glad to see people posting on the forum again!

32? And here I was all this time, thinking I was the oldest member of this community at 27. And I STILL feel like a geezer. Where's my walker?

But on a more serious note, I'm glad to see my mass e-mail went out (there was a system error from the admin panel when I sent it out, followed by a "Please wait one week before sending another message"). As I have been left in charge of this forum, the lack of ANY activity in recent months was leading me to consider just shutting it down altogether. But now that is no longer necessary, so I'll raise my glass in a toast to the revival of this forum. Cheers.

You're in good company my friend! It's kinda scary when you start getting older than a lot of the bands you are listening to. Thank God, I'm about the same age as Schwab and Dail! (I think Randy is the "baby" of the group! lol ) I do miss talking to Alex. He was the first one to get married, so it was easy to relate to him. We had some pretty cool conversations.

Thank you for sending the email out to stoke the fires again! I realize that myspace/facebook/twitter are taking over the world, but I am a FORUM man myself!

I think Schwab is 33/34 and Randy is 29/30. I'm not sure about Dail though. I never got a chance to talk to Alex, but I really miss his drumming. He had a really unique style.
