Robot Chicken
Any other fans of the show here?
I first learned of Robot Chicken while visiting some friends in Madison. It was a special, all-Star Wars episode, and I was hooked. Picked up season one later that week, and season two last week. Although it tends to be a mixed bag, varying between hilarious and just plain dumb, I see it as an excellent show overall.

To me, it's like Adult Swim's equivalent to Chappelle's Show, as far as quality goes. It has some really funny moments, but there never seems to be one entire episode of great skits. Robot Chicken is better than most of the stuff on Adult Swim. I've watched it more lately as it appears directly before Metalocalypse. I would like to see that Stars Wars episode, I heard it was good and I believe it either has already aired or will reair in the near future.

The Robot Chicken Star Wars Special airs tonight at 11:30EST/10:30CST, and re-airs 3:30EST/2:30CST. Or you could just watch it whenever you want this week (before Friday) on the Fix.

On a related note, Space Balls is on TV next weekend. Figured I'd post this info in case you still linger here, Matt.

Spaceballs? I love that movie! Which network is it going to be on?
I remember a few years back they had Spaceballs on TV, but they ruined it by deleting the best scene in the whole film. I speak, of course, of the Asshole scene. "I knew it, I'm surrounded by Assholes!" *clink* "Keep firing, Assholes!"
Ah, good Hollywood memories. Maybe I'll have to pop it in my DVD player and watch it before work tonight...

I think it's going to be on Bravo Saturday night.

I might have been wrong about Spaceballs, I saw it on Spike the other night.

Speaking of Robot Chicken, the Star Wars special is going to have it's own DVD.
