The Hobbit
I'm not a big fan of JRR Tolkien, or the LOTR series, but Guillermo del Toro was recently attatched to the role of director for this film and the second Tolkien film New Line will release. If you don't know who del Toro is, he is the guy who directed Pan's Labrynth and produced The Orphanage (which I haven't seen yet, but heard was great as well). Peter Jackson will serve as executive producer.

I am looking forward for this coming out, even though I don't have a clue when it is scheduled to.

Clarification: He was only the producer of The Orphanage. One of those "Quentin Tarantino Presents' type of producer credits, too, I think.



Anyway... if he really does end up doing the Hobbit.... I really.... it's going to be my favorite movie... ever.
